"Targeting Our Most Vulnerable; When A Community Has Had Enough" Join us tonight as we speak with a young First Nation's mother who literally had her newborn taken from her while breastfeeding at the hospital. Though CPS saw her as an easy target, this remarkable young woman had built an amazing community support system while taking steps to improve herself and build a strong healthy life for her and her child. Now her community is standing up for this young family and fighting back. Hear her incredible story of survival and of finding the courage to thrive despite the odds. We'll also hear what can happen when communities band together to support each other and fight back against CPS, which is tearing apart our children and families.

~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: 'Erasing Families: The Casualties of Divorce Court' ~~ Join us as we speak with the award winning director of 'Erasing Dad,' Ginger Gentile, about her latest film, 'Erasing Family.' Millions of children have a loving parent erased by the family court system after divorce or separation. 'Erasing Family' is the first documentary aimed at young adults to encourage them to reunite with their erased families. Ginger, who has directed more than 70 short films, was inspired to work on this project because she wants to help prevent other children from suffering through divorce as she did as a teen. ~~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: 'Medical Murder - State Sanctioned Euthanasia of Our Children' ~~ Three month old baby Steffen Rivenburg , who was born with a congenital heart defect but was thriving in his parents care, was Medically Kidnapped and physically tortured by traumatic and invasive medical procedures by CPS and Vanderbilt Hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee. When they had done so much damage that there were serious issues of accountability they, in conjunction with Judge Wayne Shelton, ordered him euthanized , put down like an animal while he was still alive, aware and fighting for his life. What has happened since to this family is a nightmare that is one of the most shocking we have heard in the history of our show and one every parent in North America needs to hear. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

Medical Kidnapping' ~~ Our children are being kidnapped and experimented on like lab rats right here in North America. Simply having a rare disease or requesting a second opinion for serious medical procedures performed on your child is enough to lose them. CPS seizes them and the hospitals have free reign. Unbelievably they will bill you for this. It's the ultimate violation of our rights as parents and as human beings.
Join us tonight as we speak with Journalist Terri LaPoint from Health Impact News/MedicalKidnap.com and Jasmin Mack, mother of a child with a rare disease who is currently being held in a Georgia hospital. She's fighting for her life after being medically kidnapped and forced to undergo experimental surgeries. Everyone needs to be aware of what's happening to our children in our medical facilities .. before the next child taken is yours. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com. |

~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: ' The Other Side Of The Story: Audrie Pott' -- Many of us think we know this story as it was covered so heavily on the news -Beautiful young teen girl assaulted at a party then cyber-bullied to death. We saw the bullies sued, and it seemed some semblance of justice was found for this family. But that is just one part of this story. Join us June 15th on the For Our Kids Show as we speak with Audrie's father, Michael Lazarin to hear the truth about how Audrie was a victim of extreme alienation and an unjust and abusive court system long before she fell victim to bullies. Even the judge on this case denounced the law that forced her ruling, as sometimes the system is so broken even it's own players can't stand the game. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com. |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Eugenea Couture, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: 'For the Love of Eryk ' ~~ Join us tonight as we speak with author Rod McCall who'll share his personal experience of going through an incredibly high conflict divorce. Tragically his only son, Eryk , was killed by his own mother when she lost her parental rights after her atrocious tactics were finally revealed through a long and contentious court battle. Joining us also will be lawyer Charlie Philips who stood by Rod and fought for him and his son. Though Charlie brought out the truth and won this fight for Rod and Eryk what they never could have know was that Eryk's mother had never planned on losing, regardless of the outcome. When it is a win/lose battle set up by our Family Courts it is the children who are always going to lose. This is such a powerful story that we cannot express enough how important it is for people to hear. It' s one of those cases that stays with you forever, and there is also so much to learn from this. |

~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: 'Cause and Effect: When Courts Become The Abusers' ~~ Tonight we'll be looking at 3 cases where Family Courts overstepped their bounds, imputing income to those who had none and imposing draconian punishments when that income couldn't materialize. They've crippling litigants with fear, stress and PTSD, and in one case pushing so far that it drove a parent to take their own life. When the actions of an all powerful entity cause someone to feel they have no other options than to take their own life we don't see that as a suicide .. this is a form of murder. It is being systemically bullied to death. We have lost too many parents to institutional abuse. We need to force the courts to change from the win/lose/punishment mentality they follow today into one that humanizes the families before them. It's the children who lose the most here, and they grow up with a pain and a loss that can never truly heal. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com. |

Join us tonight as we take a positive, pro-active, informative look at parental alienation, how we can spread awareness and how we can both prevent or repair alienated family relationships. If this is an issue that affects you or anyone you care about, then this is a show you need to hear. Tonight we're pleased to welcome Dorcy Pruter, CEO & founder at Conscious Co-Parenting Institute, Wendy Perry, Co-founder at Parental Alienation Awareness Organization USA (one of the main subjects of the documentary Divorce Corp) and Daniel Dickinson, creator & founder at Parental Alienation Awareness of America. Senator Alan Clark joining us tonight on the "For Our Kids" show. As many of you know, this man saw the problems that were hurting the children and families in his state and knew that he could do something about it. He's devoted the last two years to creating a new Child Welfare Reform bill that has just been passed in the Arkansas legislature 3 days ago, with more on the way. Join us tonight as we speak with this incredible man about the changes he has made for our children and families, and hear of his plans for the near future. One person can make a huge difference to so many. Imagine if we could all work together. Perhaps this will become a blueprint for change that others will follow, a new standard that those in positions of power and trust will strive for.

We're honoured that he'll be sharing his journey first person this evening. Adopted as a baby, it became Matt's desire to find his biological family. His search began 15 years ago but it all seemed hopeless after learning that doctors, nurses and lawyers who were part of the adoption had died. To add more difficuty, the birth hospital was torn down and all the birth records were destroyed with it. Then Matt's wife found a remarkable tool for him. Tonight we'll learn what essential keys he received that would ultimately unlock to door to finding his biological family. On January 3, 2016, Matt received a letter that would change his life forever. His is a beautiful story that will help thousands of searchers to reconnect with family using social media like Facebook and other technology that we have today, unlike 30 years ago when records were sealed and often destroyed.

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Eugenea Couture, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: 'A Mother Pleads For The Return Of Her Four Special Needs Children' -- CPS seems to now believe they are medical experts on the care and diet of special needs children. A loving selfless mother who devoted her life to the extraordinary care of 4 adopted special needs children has had them seized. Even though she had the support of her doctor and all professionals involved, and the children were thriving beyond all expectations CPS felt that an organic, gluten and dairy free diet was somehow a form of child abuse. These professionals went to bat for her and experienced severe retaliation themselves. CPS even went so far as to illegally kidnap one of these children from another province where they had no jurisdiction. Tonight this mother and these professionals speak out about the extraordinary levels of abuse and corruption that is still ongoing in this case today. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "No More Silence" ~~ As Martin Luther King Junior stated, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." It's up to us to ensure we speak out on issues that matter, and it's up to our government representatives to listen and take action. Tonight on a very special edition of the 'For Our Kids' show we have advocates who spoke out loud and hard, who cared enough to listen and join us in this battle. We'll speak with Senator Alan Clark whose persistent quest for truth and transparency in a system shrouded in secrecy is a true example of just how powerful our government representatives can be if they truly listen and care. We'll also have Senatorial Candidate Bruce Nathan, whose family first platform focusing on accountability is another example of the kind of government we need. Also with us .. Jim Black, founder and lead researcher of 'Angel Eyes Over Texas,' and Lori Fortin, both part of a group that helped to draft and present the Family First Prevention Services Act, along with advocate Brian Kinter whose hard work and dedication has helped support and unite so many in this cause. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Reunification" - Reunification should be a right for all adoptees, parents and foster children. Tonight's 'For Our Kids' show came from an overwhelming collection of adoptees wanting to share their story about what it truly means to be adopted, as well as parents longing to connect with the children they love. This is a topic that is very close to our hearts. Tonight we have Zara Phillips, whose incredible story unfolds through her well-known songs and her book entitled "Mother Me." We are also pleased to welcome Canadian adoptee and reunification expert Mike Slayter, well known for his work helping adoptees. Finally we'll have Susan Friel-Williams, a licensed Private Investigator specializing in reunification and the founder of ReunionRegistry.org. If you are someone who is searching or you know someone who is, this is a show you don't want to miss. Tonight we are speaking with three amazing people who are making tremendous efforts to fight this broken system. We are pleased to have Valette Clark, whose family suffered extreme retaliation and fought back. Lawyer Connie Reguli, who battles with the force of David verses Goliath for her clients in the courtroom. She has saved countless families from being torn apart. We also have recording and performing artist Krue, who recently released a political hip hop album titled 'We The People', with a ground breaking song titled 'Sorry' which covers the struggles of family law and the pain associated with it. The song 'Sorry'has touched so many lives with it's message that the music video has been seen around the world over 80,000 times and has become the front runner of the project. TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Organized Crime?" The IRS has released a federal tax lien in a case in which substantial evidence of criminal fraud was proven and perpetrated by a judge, lawyers and experts. However, the Allegheny County District Attorney has refused to prosecute these criminals. This begs the question, are any criminal acts prosecuted for any crimes perpetrated in Family Courts across this country? With vicious retaliation occurring against those who dare to stand up to this 'Old Boy's Club', where are we to turn? Agencies sweep crimes and complaints under the rug, accepting money from professionals to operate without impunity. They punish any who try to uphold ethics and mandates. The difference between this and the mob or any other criminal organization is the fact that these perpetrators never have to fear prosecution for their crimes. Join us tonight as we talk with Dr. Jim Singer, noted journalist Michael Volpe and Claude Clanton with his shocking story of systemic retaliation.

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Eugenea Couture, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "CPS Gets A Failing Grade For Targeting Homeschooling" ~~ With public schools failing to meet even the most basic educational standards and often being unsafe and unwilling to improve, more parents have been turning to homeschooling in order to ensure their children's educational future. For some parents that decision has made them a target of CPS, who have been apprehending their children based on what they call 'Educational Neglect'. Studies of youth who have left foster care have shown they are more likely than those in the general population to not finish high school, be unemployed, and be dependent on public assistance. Many find themselves in prison, homeless, or parents at an early age. This is begging the question: why is CPS really targeting these families, and who is really neglecting these children? Tune in tonight to find out with our special guests Isreal Wayne, Author, Professional Speaker and Director of Family Renewal LLC, Anne Zeise, CEO and President of A-Z Homeschooling.com, Retired Private Investigator Deborah Bujdos and Claire Rembis, whose 11 children were unlawfully apprehended in Texas for being homeschooled. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

We are looking at it from the perspective of children who have been through it and parents forced to deal with CPS agencies with their own children. Foster care is too often a fairy tale dream! Should children be forced into foster care when parents are in a low income bracket or poor? Why are parents with disabilities or illness considered to be a higher risk of losing their kids to foster care? TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Targeted and Taken" - There is a terrifying pattern emerging in North America in our most vulnerable children - those with special needs. It has become dangerous to take a medically fragile child to a hospital for treatment or to ask for any type of help even if a few well placed supports could keep a family healthy, happy and intact. Instead, children are being ripped from loving homes and parents are being blamed for medical conditions regardless of the actual diagnosis, feeding a number of medical and social service industries that rely on our sick children to turn a profit, despite the true costs to our children and families. Adoption is a multi-billion dollar industry that profits off of children and cloaks itself in almost impenetrable secrecy. There is the underlying myths that these are unwanted children whose background, culture and family history can be erased. This is a birthright that all humans are constitutionally entitled to know although many parents were coerced or forced into making a decision with consequences that haunt them for the rest of their lives. According to the U.S. State Department, human trafficking is one of the greatest human rights challenges of this century, both in the United States and around the world. It is a multi-billion dollar industry that affects every race, class and gender, and people are trafficked not only for sex but for labour and organ harvesting. All of our children are vulnerable, and anyone can be targeted. It is one of the biggest crimes world-wide, almost surpassing the drug trade, and often is done in plain sight or even through government agencies. The criminals aren't always the scary unknown stranger, and the victims aren't always who we see as 'vulnerable', and so even though it is right in front of us, if it doesn't touch us, we often never see it at all. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Eugenea Couture, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Searching & Reunion" -- This show is about the journey of searching for family whether you were adopted, raised in foster care or you are the parent of a child that was adopted or was taken by the ministry. For many, the loss of biological connection leaves them to feel a void in their identity and belonging. When children are taken from their homes they lose more than just their family of origin, they lose a history and the bonds of their biological birth. Parents that give up or lose their rights thru an adoption are often left to feel a loss and heartache for the child they don't know. They are often overwhelmed with a deep scarring because their child is not in contact and this creates a "What happened to my baby?" loss. Reunions can be beautiful but this can also be a painful reality to answers that are unprepared when we do not have concrete facts or the knowledge on why these decisions were made. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, Tracy Baxter, and Eugenea Couture, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America.
TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Child Support - Who Really Benefits?" Join us tonight as we discuss this very contentious issue. Our governments are making money off our most vulnerable children and families are facing financial abuse in the name of 'child support'. We will be speaking with parents tonight about the many ways the government abuses this revenue stream they have created and how they are now fighting back to stop the profit off of our children and families and the archaic and brutal ways this has been enforced.
Christopher Bruce, host of the talk show America's Deadly Sins, will be joining us and Angela Borths will be back. We'll also have advocates Spike Gardener and Bobby Dickerson. Myalisa, a mother from Alberta, Canada, will join us, too. She's been publicly fighting to stop the government child support clawbacks. So has Anupam Kakkar from Ontario, Canada, who's suing the government in a class action. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

Join us tonight, as we speak with Investigative Journalist Michael Volpe, whose new book titled "Bullied to Death: Chris Mackney's Kafkaesque Divorce" gives a shocking inside look at how tragically the system is failing and the devastating repercussions. SPECIAL TOPIC: A Little Humor -- Here's a reprise of one of the favorite "For Our Kids" shows from the recent past, SCAN Episode 1129 from July 2nd. Enjoy !! SPECIAL TOPIC Night - Where's the HUMOR ??? !! - Tonight we are doing a very special edition of the "For Our Kids" talk show! We have received countless emails and phone calls from people over the last year about issues with the Family Court system and CPS, and the arrogant, contemptuous ways in which these people were treated. We know many people going through these systems feel like victims, and often feel hopeless and helpless. Tonight we're looking at things in a whole different light. Humor is both healthy and empowering, especially dark humor as we can all truly relate to that. Although there's nothing funny about having to go through this, tonight we're playing Devil's Advocate and giving people a chance to laugh at the perpetrators and the ridiculous ways in which they 'handle' things and then try to justify them. Using their own words, and their own actions, we expose them for what they really are - outrageous and absurd. Join us tonight as we rip the masks off their smug superiority and get a laugh at THEIR expense. We didn't have to make it up, they really wrote it for us! ~~ We wish to thank the folks at http://www.bensound.com for providing the music used in tonight's show, and DJ Smoody for compiling all the audio clips and mixing the theme song. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - OPEN MIKE SHOW - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America.
This will be an open topic, Q & A discussion-style show, one without as clearly defined specific issues as our regular "For Our Kids" episodes. The "open mike" style show is looser than the planned ones we've been doing in this series, but we're hoping to attract call-in participants who wish to talk about their experience in dealing with "the system." Many of the institutions designed to serve and protect our children are in need of close scrutiny and examinations. Others are, in fact, denying the civil rights of our children. Some may need to be dismantled completely, replaced with organizations that actually have the needs of our kids, not themselves, at their core. There's been a lot of unnecessary suffering due to the fact that many such groups have commonly operated in an almost untouchable position in North America for decades, as if they were "above the law" .. and this has to stop. ~~ We're pleased "For Our Kids" co-host Deborah Maddison will be back for the next show. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. The institution commonly known as "Child Protective Services" has operated in an almost untouchable position in North America for decades, as if it was "above the law".
Tonight we'll speak with Anne, a mother who fought to protect herself and her children. "There are laws to protect them and everybody failed them," she says. The judge's decision has now been undone by a Court of Appeal, which found that the lower-court judge "failed to hear both sides of the story, improperly gave custody to Anne's ex and did not make a decision that was in the best interests of the children." But for Anne and her children "the damage may be irreversible." We will also be speaking with another mother, Laura, who previously appeared on our show. She'll will update us on her "nightmare" through family court. We'll also have guest panelists Rhonda Nordlander from Canada and Dr. Jim Singer from the U.S. as we also discuss "activism for mental health." SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. The institution commonly known as "Child Protective Services" has operated in an almost untouchable position in North America for decades, as if it was "above the law". To speak out against CPS was to risk losing your children, your family, your career, and in some cases your freedom, as retaliation was quick and vicious. Thankfully, there has been a recent turn in public opinion due to media exposure, precedent-setting lawsuits, ground breaking documentaries and people refusing to be silenced. Slowly, the Courts are starting to hold CPS agencies responsible for their illegal actions and abuses, with one judge recently stating in his reasons for judgement that the wrongful conduct of CPS "ranges from intentional misconduct, bad faith and reckless disregard for their obligation to protect children." We'll speak to the producer and director of 'Hope Stripped Bare', Tom Sutherland and cameraman Linley Redford, whose documentary is about the CPS system in North America. We will also be speaking with attorney and advocate Nanine McCool, executive director of Bridge to Justice Foundation, who fought to expose injustice in Family Court. We'll also have a former CPS worker who is willing to speak out about just how deep and how prevalent the corruption of these agencies is. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC:
Corruption, Collusion And Kidnapping - Betrayal By The Ones We Trust The Most. When we find ourselves or our family in need of help and we turn to those whose job it is to provide that help, we often find we are then victimized by the very people and institutions who are supposed to be there to protect and support us. Confidence in these institutions is at an all time historic low and this loss of trust extends across a wide variety of institutions. It is not just distrust in the government, but other institutions such as medicine, law, social services, non-profits, media, religion, politicians, volunteer organizations and 'advocates'. Instead of working with us and for us as their mandates and ethical codes outline, they are often colluding with government, private industries and other agencies to profit off the pain of the very people they are supposed to protect. Join us tonight as we speak with people such as Melissa Deigel, Angel Cook, Angela Borths, Journalist Terri LaPoint, Dr. Jim Singer and others with personal and professional knowledge of how deep this corruption and collusion truly runs.

Tonight's TOPIC: "The Corrupt Business of Supervised Visitation and Custody Evaluation" It is becoming more and more common for good, safe parents to be ordered to see their children only under 'professional supervision', even when there has been no abuse involved. It is also becoming commonplace for parents going through family court custody cases to be forced to pay a 'custody evaluator' to assess their situation and advise the courts what they believe is 'in the child's best interest'. Sadly, more and more we are finding that these services are strictly cash flow businesses for the divorce industry, and are often run by incompetent or worse - criminals. There are even documented cases where the judges who make the orders are themselves financially invested in and profiting from these businesses.

Tonight's TOPIC: "CPS and our Family Courts - A Criminal Consortium?" When does abuse of power cross the line into flat out criminal behavior? With precedent setting court cases challenging this criminal enterprise under such statutes as RICO (criminal racketeering), Misfeasance (wrongful exercise of lawful authority) and Malfeasance (legally unjustified/harmful act by a public official) succeeding, and the exposure of Child Trafficking and Abuse by these same agencies, it is very clear who the real criminals are. More frighteningly, they are still operating flagrantly and for the most part without any penalty at all. Tonight we speak with Melissa Deigel, a mother desperate to save her medically kidnapped children who instead, has been threatened and silenced and stripped of her rights, advocate Malinda Sherwyn, who has both witnessed and stood up for many such parents facing criminal abuses and advocate and author Eugenea Couture, whose compelling experience as a child abused in this system gives her a unique insight as to what really happens when CPS steps in to 'protect' children from loving parents. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

Tonight's TOPIC: "Breaking The Bonds of Parental Alienation and Systemic Abuse" Nothing stirs up passions more than the controversy generated when parents are at war over the custody of a child. With the pathological 'win-lose' mentality of our family courts and CPS increasingly abducting and witholding children from loving parents to support the many industries that feed off commodifying our children, the system is aiding and abetting abuse, and reaping the financial rewards at the expense of our children and families. Join us as we speak with parents and advocates Keith Marsolek, Carolyn MacCloud and Marcie Harding who will be sharing their heartbreaking and frankly outrageous stories of alienation enabled by this system. Learn the steps they are taking to fight this devastating injustice both for themselves and others who are facing this brutal and overwhelming situation. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC: Predators in Positions of Power - As many of you may already know, April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month. While we're glad that we're shining a light on such a serious issue this month, the reality is that this should be a priority every day of the year. We will be looking at what we consider to be one of the worst types of child abuse. Childhood sexual assault is steadily growing despite increased awareness, particularly by those in power who are supposed to be the ones protecting our children. What we found when we looked into this was beyond shocking. Joining us this week will be Dr. Lori Handrahan, an Investigative Journalist and Dr. Jim Singer, a mandated reporter. We'll also have members of the International group Op Death Eaters.
One of the main goals of the Op is the the collection of as much factual evidence pointing to the existence of an international paedosadist industry and sharing this information through numerous country and region-specific Twitter accounts that can then be used in legal proceedings. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC: Are We Creating Monsters? Are 'monsters' made or are they born? Is our society's War on Children and Families creating more casualties then we realize? Not only are we creating victims when we rip families apart but we are also creating new offenders who'll go on to create even more victims of their own, or we are creating more victims to be prey. The reality is that nobody goes through the trauma of this system undamaged. The question is, how much damage is really being done, and just exactly what is it costing us as a society? Join us for a very special edition of the "For Our Kids" talk show where we talk with Psychologist Dr. Jim Singer, Eugena Couture, author of 'Adoption Not An Option' and Dave Kyle, an expert on serial killers. He's done extensive research on this subject, including interviews with such notorious killers as Clifford Olson. Hear the real truth behind these killers and what made them who and what they are. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC: "THE POWER OF GOVERNMENT" - It seems the media is just an echo machine for government policy, and they know they are part of this propaganda campaign. Mainstream media is no longer here to inform society of real issues and keep an eye on the powers that be. Instead, it merely echoes the opinions of the elite. And it is not just journalists who are being censored. Doctors, lawyers, therapists, politicians and professionals and mandated reporters from all areas are faced with severe retaliation for doing their jobs, or speaking up with an unpopular truth. Join as we speak with Investigative Reporter Michael Volpe, author of Prosecutors Gone Wild and The Definitive Dossier of PTSD in Whistleblowers, Journalist Terri LaPointe from MedicalKidnap.com and Advocate Rosie Vincent. They've all had the courage to look deeper into these issues and expose them to the public. We will also be speaking with Dr. Jim Singer, whose life and career were destroyed by the level of retaliation he faced for speaking up in his role as a Mandated Reporter for abused children. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC: Are our Family Courts in Contempt? With judges running roughshod over civil rights and ignoring rule of law, as well as abusing the use of contempt charges and then gagging innocent litigants to cover up their actions, who is REALLY in contempt here? It is getting to a point where being a litigant in Family Court is as risky as being a random target on a firing range. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America.
Tonight's TOPIC: We are supposed to believe children when they allege someone has been sexually inappropriate with them. In reality, however, it seems we are not listening. Are we as a society and with our institutions creating the child sexual abuse pandemic? What message are we really sending our children? Why aren't we protecting them? It is far easier to build a strong child than to try and fix a broken adult, but it seems we are doing just that. Join us as we speak with panelist Kelli Benis from Alberta, Canada, author of "Shredding the Same: Healing Childhood Abuse" and guests Angel Cook from Cleburn, Texas, and Ryan McKinnon from British Columbia, Canada, whose entire families have been through this nightmare and are still fighting to have their children heard and their trauma addressed. We will be discussing this very serious issue and what we can and must do to stop this pandemic and stop destroying the very children who are our future - all our futures. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will join Bill Murray to lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight's TOPIC: a round table discussion with two families who will speak with us about the effects CPS abuse had on their families for three generations. We often forget the 'ripple' effect of a tragedy, and how it affects not just the people at the core, but all those around them, and often for years to come. We will be speaking with Lina Desmoulin from the Blakout Documentary 'Powerful as God', and her daughter and granddaughter, Deanna and Hillary Paul, from Ontario, whose family was destroyed from the involvement of CPS. We will also be speaking with Reverend Rosemary Dalton and her son, Michael, from Missouri, whose ongoing CPS nightmare has now spanned 17 years. Is it indefensible or could there actually be a reason for why it is the way it is? Join us as we speak on this topic with people who have been down this rabbit hole. One of the longest running and dirtiest secrets of our governments is how it has so regularly preyed upon our most vulnerable members of society for their own financial, political and criminal agenda's. This has long been covered up and gone on in secret, buying their victim's silence whenever they've been exposed, in order to continue to both cover up their actions and to continue this barbaric practice. Joining them will be advocates Anthony Brasher, Vincent Shiele and Vernon Beck to discuss the tragedies and failures of the Family Court System. The epidemic of systemically being abused by family courts has caused many injured individuals to take their own lives, or sometimes the lives of others. In fact, thousands are attempting (or succeeding) at taking their own lives in desperation every year. As a result of the system's failures, an incredible 79% of people involved in the Family Court System report experiencing some form of health injury, whether physical, mental and / or emotional. We will be discussing some of the horrific cases of suicides and murder-suicides that come out of our structurally violent family court system, and how, at so many levels, these tragedies could have been prevented. We will also hear from special guest Ashlee White Blandford, daughter of Darin White, from Prince George, British Columbia. His suicide in March of 2000 was a huge eye-opener to many, highlighting the brutalizing effects of our Family Court System. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. They'll be asking the question. "Is destroying children and families really 'In The Best Interests of the Child'?" This nebulous and often misused concept, 'In the best interests of the child', is not grounded in law, yet has been the mantra behind which some of the worst crimes committed against children has been hidden .. hidden by government agencies around the world. It is one constantly used by CPS, Family Courts and all the related industries that profit off our children to justify the worst types of abuse imaginable. Tonight we will be welcoming back Rhonda Nordlander from Ontario, Canada, Melissa Diegel from Phoenix, Arizona, Laura Cruz, also from Arizona, Justin Pellerin from Albuquerque, New Mexico and Nickey Maich, from Ontario, Canada. They'll be sharing their shocking and horrific stories at the hands of Child Protective Services and the Family Court System. None of these cases were resolved in the best interests of their children. Instead, their families were destroyed, and in the case of the Diegel family the children's lives are now in grave danger. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter,
Canadian activists from British Columbia, will lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. A growing number of parents have lost their children after being falsely accused of child abuse and even imprisoned for crimes they didn't commit. Many of these cases only occur after parents mention that their child first became ill after they received a routine vaccination, or if they request a second opinion about a diagnosis or a prescription for their child. Many of them have had the support of other leading experts proving their innocence. Tonight's show will include Connie Reguli from Tennesee, an attorney and founder of the group Innocent Families Against Family Law Corruption. We'll also hear from Terri LaPointe from Alabama, a journalist from Health Impact News. Then Kristi Devine will visit, a representative for the Diegel family from Arizona, whose 2 children are currently being held against their will. Another guest will be Tim Donnelly, California State Assemblyman. Finally, Maryanne Godboldo from Detroit will join us, a mother who withstood a 10-hour confrontation with police and SWAT for refusing to give her daughter a harmful drug. Many children are stolen by the State as a result of "medical kidnapping." ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will lead the this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Participants will include such notables as Eugenia (Gina) Couture from British Columbia, author of the book Adoption Not An Option, Kevin Cline, Social Reform and Child Welfare Advocate from Tacoma, Washington, and Dr. Ruby Dillon from Orange County, California, whose attempts to help her daughter, Lexi, have been met with serious judicial corruption. Dr. Thea Reinhart, who worked on Lexi's case, will call in from Irvine, California, and Dean Tong, Forensic Child Abuse expert, will join us from Florida. Tonight we are talking about the hypocrisy of our Child and Family services. Children are being seized from their families for profit, for Federal funding. States and Provinces are offered financial incentives to increase adoption numbers. All across the US, parents are suing CPS for malfeasance, the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, contrary to law or in violation of a public trust. In British Columbia, Canada, lawyer Jack Hittrich recently won a landmark case proving deliberate malfeasance on the part of CPS. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to:naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will welcome Glen Gibellina from Sarasota, Florida, as our US guest host. He has a unique perspective on what really goes on inside our courts and the damage to children and families as a result. The three of them will lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight we are covering the deliberate malfeasance of the agencies we have in place to protect our children and how badly they are failing them. We're seeing an epidemic of children being physically, sexually and emotionally abused, and sometimes even killed. Tonight's show will include our International Forensic Child Abuse expert, Dean Tong from Tampa, Florida. and Canadian Legal Expert, Jack Hittrich, a lawyer from British Columbia, Canada. US legal expert lawyer Connie Reguli will also join us. Our first guest, Dr. Ruby Dillon from Orange County, California, has been on our show before. Every effort she has made to expose the truth and save her daughter, Lexi, has been met with seriuous judicial corruption. Another guest, here tonight to share her family's absolutely brutal ordeal at the hands of Social Services, is Angel Cook from Rio Vista, Texas. Angel's case is one of the most horrific and heartbreaking stories we've ever heard. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter, Canadian activists from British Columbia, will welcome Dan Brewington from Norwood, Ohio, as our US guest host. Dan was one of the subjects of the "Divorce Corp" documentary. The three of them will lead this evening's discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America. Tonight we are covering a very sensitive topic, "Family Court and the Reality of Grief, Loss and Trauma for Children and Families." It should be noted that although we have 5 different individuals who have different stories to tell, the outcome, and the trauma they suffered, is remarkably similar. Going through the system while in a state of acute emotional distress is much like how Prisoners Of War suffer in battle. We are very privileged to have two esteemed experts addressing these issues tonight, Dr Julie Macfarlane, University Professor, Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, Ontario and Dr. Edward Kruk, Associate Professor of Social Work from the University of British Columbia. The judicial system has become such a hostile environment that Litigation has actually been referred to by lawyers as the last Blood Sport in America. We will also be discussing something the system seems to forget, the grief and trauma suffered by children, and how this affects them for the rest of their lives. The best interests of the system are NOT the best interests of the child. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison and Tracy Baxter will lead the discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America in a series of bi-weekly shows dealing with the subject. Deborah and Tracy are Canadian activists from Britsh Columbia ~~ This week we'll be examining Judicial Corruption in our Family Courts in North America. We'll be featuring several guests, including Joe Sorge from Candor Entertainment, Las Vegas, Nevada, Susan Keckler, an attorney from Trophy Club, Texas, Anthony Pappas, Economics professor at St. John's University, New York, and Civil Rights Attorneys Brian Claypool and Patricia Barry from California. Joe Sorge is Director of the documentary "Divorce Corp," a film that examines the issues we are facing in our courts today. Susan Keckler is an attorney who represents Wendy Archer, one of the documentary's subjects. Her case is known as the most corrupt case in the history of Tarrant County, Texas, Family Court. Anthony Pappas is the victim of one of the longest running and most financially punitive cases in Nassau County, New York, history. Brian Claypool and Patricia Barry represented Ruby Dillon in what turned out to be one of the worst cases of Judicial Corruption in North America. There is little accountability in the appellate courts. Judges act with impunity, without a need to explain their decisions. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com |

We'll shine a special spotlight on an urgent case at the top of the show. Dr. Ruby Dillon, from Orange County, California, has a 7 year old daughter, Lexi, who was sexually abused during a visit with her father. Ruby was punished for speaking out and a Family Court Judge stripped her of her parental rights. Now Lexi's abusive father is attempting to take her to Thailand. After that author Eugenea Couture from British Columbia, Canada, will discuss her incredible journey as a young girl growing up through the Social Services System where she survived both sexual and physical abuse. Now Eugenea shares many positive tools for others to locate and reunite their family members, even when all hope seems lost. We are also excited to welcome Advocate Kevin Cline, from Tacoma, Washington. Kevin has a background in Human/Social Services and is a devoted advocate. His in-depth perspective and experience with the challenges faced by our most targeted people in society today are not only relevant but unique, with a focus on positive change. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, Paula Ciardullo and Angela Borths will lead the discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America in this first of a series of bi-weekly shows dealing with the subject. In British Columbia, Canada, Family Services are known as the Ministry of Child and Family Development or MCFD, (an oxymoron to say the least), governed by the Child, Family and Community Services Act. In the United States Child Protective Services (CPS) is often the agency involved. In general those working with Children and Families are referred to as Social Service workers (SS). There are a great deal of similarities in both the laws and the abuses throughout North America and the U.K., so much so that without knowing where they are from, solely from the story alone, it would be impossible to determine they're from different countries. A note from "For Our Kids"
In British Columbia, Canada, our Family Services are known as the Ministry of Child and Family Development or MCFD, (an oxymoron to say the least) and they are governed by the Child, Family and Community Services Act, a link to which has been provided as well. In the United States Child Protective Services (CPS) is often the agency involved.
In general those working with Children and Families are referred to as Social Service workers (SS).
It can be noted, however, that there are a great deal of similarities in both the laws and the abuses throughout North America and the U.K., so much so that without knowing where they are from, solely from the story alone, it would be impossible to determine that they are from different countries.
We do want people to understand that there is much more that unites us all in these issues than divides us, and that our strength comes in working together and supporting each other, which is how we've been running so far .. fueled by emotional support.
